How others have used the flashcards:

"We (actually his nanny) simply shows him pictures and sounds the words to him. Some days in English and some days in Sesotho. Being indoors in winter has helped tremendously as the flashcards become the default "play" instrument."

Parent of a baby boy

“I try and sing the words out and play a picture quiz game with them”

Mother of 2 year old twins

“With the first words flashcards, particularly with the animals; I show him the picture, make the sound of the animal and say the name of the object. I also separate the cards and group them into animals, food, and nature e.t.c. At the moment he has been learning about animals, and then I will be moving onto family and nature flashcards”
